Ariel

Ariel is a JD candidate for the class of 2025. During undergrad, Ariel founded this blog as a space to explore, research and practice writing about the law behind the fashion industry specifically focusing on intellectual property law. While Ariel has always had a passion for fashion, her interest in intellectual property emerged after her experiences in content creation, specifically having a brand use her selfie from her Instagram without permission.
